A structured discovery call to understand your goals, budget, timeline, and whether you already own land. We confirm fit before either party commits. You leave with a written outline of how we would structure your engagement.
Agreement & Initial Payment
Once we agree to work together, we execute a binding, lawyer reviewed engagement in Kenya and the USA where applicable, and you make an initial mobilisation payment. This secures your slot and commissions the full design and planning work that follows.
Design & Planning
With the agreement in place and your initial payment received, our architects, surveyors, and quantity surveyors prepare your drawings, BoQs, and a fixed price proposal, and we initiate permits and approvals. Every document is stamped by a registered professional.
Construction
Daily supervision by our project managers, weekly photo and video reports, monthly drone footage, and a transparent shared dashboard accessible from anywhere. The balance is released in clear stages against verifiable, signed off milestones. Never ahead of the work.
Completion & Handover
Final walkthrough, snag list resolution, and a signed completion certificate. Optional enrolment into our property management programme, so the home takes care of itself after you take the keys.
